Marks & Spencer has will soon offer customers a grocery delivery service after launching a joint venture with Ocado. The £750m deal will see M&S acquire 50% of Ocado’s UK retail business. Ocado.com will stock M&S-branded products and will have access to the retailer’s database of 12 million feed shoppers. Ocado had previously partnered with Waitrose, but the previous arrangement had been coming up for renewal this week.
