Man Utd and England striker Marcus Rashford buys SECOND £1million property in a year

January 25, 2019

FOOTBALLER Marcus Rashford has bought a £1.2million home — just 12 months after snapping up a £1.8million mansion. The five-bed house is modest in comparison to the Man Utd and England striker’s first property. Marcus Rashford shows off footwork as he sets up Paul Pogba for great goal But it could be used by the 21-year-old as a buy-to-let investment in Wilmslow, Cheshire. He has already applied for planning consent to install electric gates and build a wall on one side of the land. Rashford, who earns around £6million a year from wages and endorsements, launched his own business — Mucs Properties — in 2017. His latest three-storey gaff is on a new housing development near Sir Alex Ferguson’s home. Last year Rashford increased security measures on his mansion after footballers were targeted by crooks. He installed cameras as well as locks that shut off sections of the house in an emergency. The player has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, but sources at the club say he is set to reject offers after coming under the steady hand of stand-in Man Utd boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
