Child welfare officials in Los Angeles County are reportedly taking steps to ensure the welfare of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s baby daughter Dream. The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services are concerned about the well-being of the 10-month-old reported TMZ on Monday. The website claims a judge in L.A. County Dependency Court has been asked to determine if the baby is in a safe environment. TMZ reported that DCFS had opened an investigation into Chyna’s alleged drug use before the pair separated.
