Sure, it’s still going to get close to 90 degrees in the hottest part of the day, and we’re weeks away from the aspen making a golden heart on the mountain, but the heyday of summer has most assuredly passed. We believe it’s the perfect time to work down a list of new books. The writers for this year’s Back to Reading School List for Grown-ups were split about evenly down the middle in terms of who prefers the stiff pages of a physical copy and who would rather read on a screen—yet we’re still making the case that a book is a book is a book.
