Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has told Ed Woodward the six players he wants to arrive at the club in the transfer window. The Red Devils have struggled so far this season, sitting way down in 12th place in the Premier League, a massive 15 points behind leaders Liverpool after just eight matches. Solskjaer is having to contend with a thin squad and injuries which are hampering his squad. With Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba having a spell on the sidelines, Manchester United have been desperately short of options. As a result, the likes of Mason Greenwood, Angel Gomes and Tahith Chong have all played more than Solskjaer would like despite their potential. Now the Daily Mail claim the United manager has handed Woodward a six-man shortlist of top targets he wants to see sign for the club. United are hesitant to invest big in January though and would prefer to wait until the end of the season. That’s after bringing in Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in the 2018 winter window. The club backed Jose Mourinho in order to beat Manchester City to his signature but the Chile star turned out to be a complete flop at Old Trafford….
