In an effort to both stoke further excitement/unrelenting curiosity surrounding the forthcoming streaming platform and break Twitter, Disney+ has released a substantial chunk of their extensive library, tweet by pain-staking tweet. The reveal began this morning with a short clip speeding through some of their expected titles and a promise to show off “basically everything” coming to the service. Advertisement The collection dates back to 1937 with their first animated feature, Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, and continues with a litany of fellow Disney Vault residents and vintage films and series—both well-known properties and some curious deep cuts. Titles like A Goofy Movie, which maintains an active cult following nearly 25 years after its release and has been famously unavailable for streaming, have garnered major excitement alongside a host of Star Wars entries and classic Marvel cartoons. Meanwhile, properties that are notably missing from the lineup include a sizable portion of the MCU, including The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, and Captain America.
