Arsenal have revealed that Alexandre Lacazette may be fit to face Sheffield United on Monday. The striker is back in full-training, having been sidelined for six weeks with an ankle problem. He limped off against Tottenham in the North London derby at the start of September, but could be in line to make his return at Bramall Lane. Unai Emery will judge whether Lacazette is fit for Monday’s clash in the coming days, the club confirmed. “Alex is progressing well and is back in full training,” a club statement read. “Decision on his participation for Monday’s match at Sheffield United will be made in the forthcoming days.” Lacazette has missed four Premier League matches with the injury to his left ankle. The Gunners have picked up eight points in his absence, and have only lost once this season; a 3-1 defeat away against Liverpool.
