The final day of the Premier League is here and after a breathless 37 gameweeks, we still do not have a champion. Manchester City hold their fate in their own hands after Vincent Kompany’s stunning winner against Leicester City on Monday but Liverpool’s challenge isn’t over yet with just a point separating the two sides. Those two have been duelling out on their own for some time now but there is still some intrigue over how Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United will end the season.
