Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has sat down with Paul Pogba to discuss how the midfielder can move on from his Champions League red card against Paris Saint-Germain. Pogba will miss the return leg in Paris after picking up a second yellow card for a kick on Dani Alves in the 89th minute of last Tuesday’s 2-0 defeat at Old Trafford. The challenge was reminiscent of one the France star made on Dele Alli at Wembley last month, that was missed at the time by referee Mike Dean. It was the second time Pogba has been sent off in his United career and although Solskjaer believes his ability to shield possession from defenders is a strength, he has advised the World Cup-winner on how to refine his technique. “I know what his intentions were,” Solskjaer said. “He was trying to shield the ball, but he can look on VAR or TV like it’s a challenge, but Paul is one of them who uses his body really well. “He’s unlucky to [be fair to] him there.
