2018 has been a big year for Liverpool’s food scene, with new restaurants and bars opening up almost every week. From the growth of the bustling Cains Brewery Village, to new city independent openings, and the arrival of the city’s first Taco Bell branch, Liverpool’s culinary offering has certainly expanded. With so many new openings in the city it’s hard to keep track, so we have rounded up just some of the new restaurants and bars to try, if you haven’t already. Here’s our list of new openings in Liverpool city centre and beyond: Dash restaurant Dash restaurant has opened on Victoria Street, inside the former Living Room and Sugar Hut. The owners, The 15 Group, have chosen a colour scheme of blossom and teal contrasts with a bold black and white diamond flooring throughout. Inside the venue, it is decorated with restaurant banquettes and stand-alone tables for 125 people to the left, opposite a spacious bar area and curved booth seating. There’s also a DJ box alongside two semi-circular feature booths, each seating up to 12 people. A private dining room is available for private parties of up to 36 guests.
