The inaugural season of Blizzard’s Overwatch League began last week — from January 10th to the 13th — showcasing the league’s twelve teams in their first two games of the season. As each squad duked it out at the Blizzard Arena in Burbank, CA, they displayed some of the highest levels of play you will see from the hero shooter. The first week was filled with unbelievable action that had me questioning how anyone could garner the skills these players were exemplifying. Otherwise, the scores presented would make no sense. Each day consisted of three matches.
