Envoys from North and South Korea announced on Monday they had reached agreement to hold the upcoming peace summit in the North’s capital of Pyongyang next month. It will mark the third meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in. Officials from both sides reached an agreement at the truce village of Panmunjom, located in the demilitarized zone (DMZ) that separates the two Koreas.
