That’s a lot, right? And Calexico may not be from the Valley but Tucson is close and they’re desert-rock legends, so there’s that. Next week, the Apache Lake Music Festival trains the spotlight more specifically on local music.Here’s a look at those and other highlights of the month in local music.The Killers, Chance the Rapper and Major Lazer are the high-profile headliners scheduled to play the inaugural festival produced by Superfly, the team that brought you Bonnaroo Music and Outside Lands.
